Liaison Committee is appointed by the Timeshare Members from amongst their number at an Annual General Meeting to be convened for that purposes by the Trustee. Liaison Committee is established for the purpose of establishing a channel of communication between Sara Worldwide Vacations Berhad (the Operator) and the Timeshare Members. The function of the Liaison Committee is to advise the Trustee from time to time with respect to any breach of covenants in the Trust Deed by the Operator and of their views on the activities and management of Easturia Vacation Club.
